1 Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using MonkHQ (available at https://monkhq.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.

2 Description of Services

MonkHQ provides social commerce automation tools including comment-to-DM triggers, AI sales assistance, bio link hubs, influencer campaign collaborations, and Instagram publishing services. We interact with third-party APIs, notably the Meta Developer Platform.

3 Meta Platform Terms & Anti-Spam Compliance

Users connecting their Instagram accounts to MonkHQ must strictly comply with:

Meta Platform Terms: All Meta developer guidelines, Graph API usage limits, and platform rules.
Instagram Community Guidelines: Users may not use MonkHQ to send unsolicited spam, bulk unrequested messages, deceptive financial promotions, or harassing content.
Opt-In Requirement: Automations must only be triggered in response to genuine user actions (such as a follower commenting a specific keyword).

4 Account Responsibilities & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify MonkHQ immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our security policies or Meta platform rules.

5 Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all original content, media, captions, and digital products uploaded to MonkHQ. By using our service, you grant MonkHQ a limited license solely to process and transmit your content across social platforms as instructed by your automation rules.

6 Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

MonkHQ is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for interruptions resulting from third-party social network downtime, Meta API maintenance, or network outages.

7 Termination & Data Removal

You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination or deauthorization, stored tokens are immediately deleted, and your automations will cease execution. Data removal requests can be submitted via our Data Deletion endpoint.
